Non è consentito entrare nel sito con zaini, borse, bagagli e valigie di dimensioni superiori a 30 x 30 x 15 cm. Ci sono guardaroba che possono essere utilizzati gratuitamente.
La prima domenica di ogni mese, l'ingresso ai siti archeologici è gratuito, già detratto dal prezzo delle date in questione.
Si prega di notare che la durata di questo tour è di circa cinque ore, con una visita guidata di due ore intorno al sito archeologico.
I prezzi d'ingresso ufficiali sono di 16 euro per gli adulti, 2 euro per i cittadini dell'UE di età compresa tra i 18 e i 25 anni e gratis per i bambini sotto i 18 anni, oltre che per tutti la prima domenica di ogni mese. La differenza di prezzo riflette i servizi aggiuntivi inclusi nell'offerta.

Guide was brilliant. Thoroughly enjoyed this visit and guide gave lots of information on bus going to experience both about Herculean and Pompei which enhanced understanding of what happened in the past

Very informative, the guide was knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. Gave a sense of life at the time of the eruption of Vesuvius and the tragedy as well as information about the town’s rediscovery.

Your guide was more interested in getting the job over with, and zoom around the ruins as quick as she could missing chucks out of the experience. The tour at the pick up point started, but descended into a 2 hour tour by coach of Sorrento because due pick ups from different hotels like was on the way back. The promised time of 45 min was cut short to 10min after a phone call asking where she was from the Pompeii site. Less than 90 minutes on site, not good enough. Big let down.
